Popup Notifications for Incoming Email

One way ReplyManager helps users respond quickly to incoming email is with its Alert Popup feature. This feature is designed to notify users immediately after an email arrives in a particular folder.

How It Works

You must be logged into ReplyManager for popup notifications to take effect and you must have each section open in a separate browser. As long as you have your ReplyManager window running in the background (or minimized), when a new email arrives in a specified folder, an alert tone will sound and a popup box will appear.

The popup box will indicate the Folder name, number of Unread Emails, and a choice of actions. Choose [Go] to go to the specific folder. Choose [Go and Close] to go to the folder and close the alert window.

To Enable Alert Popups (Per User)

  • Alert popups are managed from the Folders screen by individual users.
  • On the Folders screen, Check the box next to the folders you wish to enable notifications.
  • To enable notifications, click on Enable at the bottom of the screen.
  • An image of a bell will appear next to the folders you have enabled.

To Disable Alert Popups

From the Folders screen, mark the appropriate check boxes and click Disable at the bottom of the screen.
