Tips to Organize Standard Replies

There are several ways to organize your customized standard replies so your users can quickly identify and select the proper response to your customers.
Tip #1: Standard Replies are listed in alpha order, numbers leading. You can create a numbering system for a subject reply that may have more than one response.
For example, a list of titles might look like:
  • 01 Return instructions w/no shipping label
  • 01 Return instructions w/shipping label
  • 02 Shipping/Tracking Number
Tip #2: Assign your replies to specific Associated Folders when setting up.

Tip #3: Use key words in the title of your Standard Replies that will define the subject or differentiate them from each other
