Personalize Your ReplyManager Screen

Did you know that you are able to change the look and feel of ReplyManager to match that of your company? Super administrators have the ability to modify the program with branding elements such as logos, contact information, and display colors.






To Modify Branding Settings for ALL sections
Go to Setup > Preferences 

  • Enter the Company Name
  • Upload Logo Image from a file on your computer. NOTE: All graphics must be in JPG or GIF format. Recommended image size should not exceed 100 pixels wide or 63 pixels in height. 
  • Choose a Header Color. Enter a HEX number or click on the color graphics icon to select a color. 
  • Enter a Contact Email. This represents the email address where support or other general contact questions should be addressed. By default, the contact email will be support@replymanager.com (for technical support and other inquiries) but you may choose to provide a company contact. This email is displayed in the Questions or Comments? link at the bottom of each ReplyManager screen). 
  • Save changes. 

(screenshot: This setting will be the default for ALL sections, unless you change the settings in each particular section)



To Modify Branding Settings for Each Section Separately
Go to Maintenance > Branding

  • Upload Logo Image from a file on your computer. NOTE: All graphics must be in JPG or GIF format. Recommended image size should not exceed 100 pixels wide or 63 pixels in height. 
  • Choose a Header Color. Enter a HEX number or click on the color graphics icon to select a color.
