Step 1
First, you will need to go to Maintenance > Folders and select the folder you wish to reply from.
Under From Email for Replies, you should see one email address already configured.
Click Add More to configure multiple email addresses that you may use to reply from this particular folder.
Save Changes.

Step 2
Now that you have configured your email addresses in the appropriate folders, when you Reply to a message, you will see a drop-down menu next to the From field.
Select the appropriate email address that you wish to reply from and compose your message.
