Here is what you need to do:
- That particular email account may not be used anymore - please click on the account and make it NOT active or click "delete".
- If it is an eBay account, it may have an expired token - please click on the account, check the expiration date and follow "Get eBay Token".
- Select the account in RED and click on the "test account" button to view the error message.
