It doesn't matter if you are a "User" or an "Administrator", in ReplyManager we have provided a quick link to customer support. A Super Administrator of your company decides if that link should go directly to our customer support or to an internal contact (Webmaster) at your company. Learn how to set this up!
This Support link, entitled "Questions or Comments", is located at the bottom of each page of the application and sends your question directly to a designated contact for your company or to our Customer Support representatives. This information needs to be entered by a User in the program with a status of "Super Administrator".
Go to Setup>Preferences
Scroll down to Contact Email: and enter the support email address
Click "Save Changes"
This saves time spent in looking up the contact and the email address. If you have a suggestion or comment, you can send your request directly to the support center by completing the Suggestions and Comments form. The form prefills your name and email address, so all you have to do is write the question or comment!
