Personalized Demo of ReplyManager

Customer service is extremely important to us. We strive to bring you personalized support beginning with the initial setup and continuing throughout your use of our program. One way we do this is by offering one-on-one demonstrations via GoToMeeting, a web conference tool that allows us to work one-on-one with customers - no matter where they are in the world.


Whether you are new to ReplyManager and would like to see first-hand how our program works, or you have questions about your existing account, let us know. We can schedule a live one-on-one demonstration with you and your support team to do the following:

  • Introduce you to the basics of ReplyManager and how it can enhance your customer service. 
  • Walk through the setup of your account, including setting up folders, rules, auto-responders, standard replies and more. 
  • Present ReplyManager to your customer support team to show them how ReplyManager works: how to reply to emails, send standard replies, tag emails and more. 


How does it work? 

Prior to the scheduled meeting date, a customer service representative will email you with login details. You may be instructed to download GoToMeeting, but it is FREE of charge and takes only a few minutes.

Once it is downloaded:

  1. Click on the link
  2. Dial the access code
  3. Enter the audio code
