FAQ: Where is My Sent Folder?

With ReplyManager, you won't see a Sent Folder. This is because as users respond to messages from buyers, those sent messages become part of the thread of conversation. Creating this thread keeps all communication from one customer together, allowing for quicker and more accurate responses from users.




Q: How can I tell if I responded to an email without opening it back up?

A: Take a look inside a ReplyManager folder. Next to the email, you will see either a red or green arrow. The green arrow (see below) indicates that the last action on this email was a message sent from your company. A red arrow indicates that the last message was sent by a customer (and likely needs to be replied to).



Users can also hover his or her mouse over the Email ID to see a preview of the email. This will show them up to 400 characters of the most recent correspondence.
