How To Filter Messages in ReplyManager

When managing high volumes of email, nothing seems to take up more time than sorting through hundreds of messages to find what you're looking for. Thankfully, when using ReplyManager, users have a number of viewing options to choose from when inside a folder.

Within any folder, users will find a Toolbar with the following filter options:

  • View (by status): All messages (default), Unread, Open, Priority, Not Closed, and Closed
  • Since: All Dates, Today, Yesterday, Last Week (7 Days prior to today), and Last Month. 
  • Sort By: Status ID (email identification number), Status and Date, and Oldest (email)
  • Category: Includes categories created by an administrator (The categories shown in the image above will be different for each account depending on your setup).

Choose from one or all filter options. Click on the Filter button to implement your selections.
NOTE: The program will save these filter settings for each user and automatically default to them the next time the user accesses any folder within the section.  

Users can also click on the column headers within a folder to sort numerically or alphabetically based on: Email ID, Date, Age of Email, Email Address, Subject Line, Message Size, Number of Follow-ups, Category and Reference.
