Auto-Responders for the Long Weekend

Many retailers will be out of the office during the long weekend. To ensure positive feedback when you return, be sure to configure your auto-responders, letting customers know when you'll be out and when to expect a response. Take a look at the screenshots below for special instructions for eBay, Amazon and your company website.




General Guidelines
  • The auto-response is only sent to new emails, not on follow-ups. 
  • To ensure your auto-response does not interfere with other rules, be sure that your auto-responders are the only rules set to a ranking of either 1 or 2
  • Dates are read as yyyy-mm-dd
  • Time is read as hh:mm:ss AM or PM

To configure your auto-responders, Go to Maintenance > Rules, Add New Rule. We've laid out the conditions for each store below. Be sure to apply each rule to the corresponding account and don't forget to activate and add your response.
